In downtown Chicago, businesses are counting down the number of days to open as the city and state are ready to fully reopen.
The Sheraton Grand Hotel adopted a unique design on the hotel windows before reopening on Monday.
“All the indicators show that Illinois can be safely reopened, which is very exciting,” said clinical immunologist Dr. Zackery Rubin.
