San Francisco, June 14 (Xinhua)-Amazon Business first 2021 business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce in evolution report sharing B2B trends and new insights from US procurement experts across industry and organizations on Monday Has been released.

In a report examining the rapid changes in B2Be procurement in recent years, Amazon Business has 250 B2B buyers with influential procurement roles across the U.S. government, education, healthcare, and commercial industries. We surveyed 250 B2B sellers.

Small commercial organizations were particularly eager to accelerate their digital transformation efforts last year. 56% of SMEs say COVID-19 has made the purchasing process more completely digital than 42% of for-profit businesses.
